Churasuko is a Japanese–Brazilian steakhouse in Tysons at 1755 Tysons Central Street, Vienna, VA 22182. It brings fire-grilled Brazilian churrasco, carved tableside, together with Japanese specialties, sushi and seafood in one high-end all-you-can-eat experience.

Why it stands out: Washingtonian’s January 2026 headline called Churasuko the first Japanese–Brazilian fusion steakhouse of its kind, and singled out its fire-and-ice seafood tower as “the biggest spectacle.” Northern Virginia Magazine’s May 2026 review was titled “Tysons’ Churasuko Is Not Your Typical Steakhouse.” The restaurant holds a 4.4-star rating from 607 Google reviews, checked in October 2026.

There are three dining experiences, priced per guest: Prestige at $75, VIP Club at $95 and Founders Club at $150. All three include the Market Table and Hot Buffet. VIP Club includes the Prestige selections, and Founders Club, the most impressive experience, includes both earlier tiers plus its own specialties and is the only tier with A5 Wagyu, including A5 Japanese Miyazaki Wagyu ribeye, chuck flap and brisket carved at the table.

The best dishes start at the buffet: sushi, seafood and hot dishes to return to as often as you like. The most popular Brazilian barbecue cuts arrive straight from the fire, from picanha and ribeye to chicken and Brazilian sausage. Signature appetizers pair Japanese technique with flavors from around the world, and seafood comes raw, cooked and barbecued. Specialty dishes and Wagyu cuts vary by experience, so compare the dining menu before you choose.
