At Gyusan, 4300 Wilson Blvd Ste 150, Arlington, VA 22203, choosing a dinner set is a decision for the whole table. Everyone must order the same price tier. Before booking a group dinner, compare what Silver, Gold and Diamond include—and which special items have a one-per-person limit.

This guide uses the Arlington menu linked by Gyusan's official website and checked November 3, 2026. Prices and dishes can change, so confirm the current menu with the restaurant when making plans. The most expensive set is not automatically the best value for every group.

Start with the price per person

Regular adult dinner prices are Silver $58, Gold $78 and Diamond $98. The menu prints member prices of $48, $68 and $88 respectively. Ask the restaurant how membership eligibility works before budgeting around those prices; the menu does not explain the qualification process.

For children under 140 cm, the listed prices are $28 for Silver, $38 for Gold and $48 for Diamond. Children ages three and under are free. These are per-person menu prices, and the table rules still need to be considered alongside them.

Silver: the lower-priced dinner tier

Silver includes American Wagyu cuts, chicken, pork, shrimp and squid, alongside classic sushi rolls, sides and ice cream. Its Gyusan Twins selection is limited to one choice per person: Australian Wagyu Rib Finger or Prime Short Rib.

Consider Silver if the group mainly wants the core yakiniku selection and classic rolls. The choice is about the dishes you intend to order, rather than paying for additional specialties that are not part of your plan.

Gold: an A5 portion with additional choices

Gold includes the Silver selections and adds items such as Australian Wagyu shoulder, Prime Short Rib, Beef Tongue, Bone-in Kalbi, Duck Breast, Mentaiko Udon and specialty rolls.

Its special-meat allowance is one A5 Japanese Wagyu Top Blade and one Australian Wagyu Toro Kalbi per person. The A5 portion is not unlimited. Gold is worth considering when that particular A5 cut and the additional menu choices are what your group wants.

Diamond: different special cuts and seafood

Diamond includes Silver and Gold selections plus its own additions. Its special-meat allowance lists one A5 Japanese Wagyu Striploin, one A5 Japanese Wagyu Toro Kalbi and one garlic lobster tail per person.

The sushi special is one choice per person: Toro Nori Taco, Spicy Scallop Monaka or A5 Wagyu Foie Gras Nigiri. Salmon, tuna and yellowtail nigiri and sashimi are marked unlimited. Keep that distinction clear: the special A5 portions are limited, even at Diamond.

Check the rules before deciding

The menu specifies a 90-minute limit, up to 10 items per round and a 10-minute gap between rounds. It also lists a 10% wasted-food charge and a 20% gratuity for parties of five or more. Order each round with the group's appetite in mind.

A separate weekday lunch is listed at $28 for adults and $15 for children under 140 cm, with ages three and under free. It runs Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM, excluding national holidays. Do not assume the dinner A5 allowances apply to lunch.
